Visitor Privacy
Email addresses are used by the merchant system during the order process. Artistry In Wood does take these email addresses from the orders to create mailing lists. We do not sell these or give these lists out to anyone. The lists are for the occasional special offers to our past cliental, and may include offers from us or our teamed artistry partners. You may send us an email or contact us by phone to remove your name from this email list at any time.
Terms and Conditions
Shipping Policy: Artistry in Wood ships our products after full payment has been received including shipping and handling charges. Handling charges are based on the individual product. UPS or US Postal service is used when possible. However, should your order exceed size or weight limits, a common carrier will be used.
Special Rush Shipping: Artistry in Wood ships normal ground unless instructed to send by special carrier and or over night or special rush, you will be charged for the additional shipping costs and any out of the ordinary handling fees.
Insurance: Artistry in wood insures each product against damages occurred in shipping with the shipping agent the full amount of the value of each product shipped.
Returns & Canceled orders: Due to the custom nature of our product line, we keep a stock of some products for selling on the web. However, many of our products are custom made as the order is placed. Because of this, the following should be noted.
- We will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If any order is canceled after it is shipped you will be charged the full amount of the order including shipping and handling.
- On custom orders, if an order is canceled prior to shipping but after we have started making it, you will be responsible for at least 50% of the product price.
- In the case of signs and products with special names, emblems, carvings or other custom work, there will be no refunds or returns.
Shipping & Handling Prices: Artistry in Wood strives to ship in the most efficient and economical way. Occasionally, our prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Dates and Delivery
We take great pride in our work as well as our delivery of our product. It is our goal to get an item shipped the next possible business day. We generally have a limited amount of stock on hand due to the fact that our product line is almost entirely custom and made to order. So because most items are one-of-a-kinds, our shipping times may be slightly longer. Due to this, the following should be noted:
- All items except Tish-U series, Wildlife Carvings, and Signage we expect 2 to 3 business days from order time to shipping time maximum. Though it is never our intent, inventory shortages may increase this by a few days.
- Tish-U series and Wildlife Carvings have a little more care to the finishing and packaging, so we like to plan on 3 to 5 business days before shipping these items out.
- On Business and Personal Custom signs, shipping and handling prices as well as times are based on the project and will be handled over the phone or by email with the order, on a case by case basis.
- Once any item is shipped plan on 3 to 10 business days for UPS or US Postal to deliver based on distance, size, and time of year for the order.
