At Artistry in Wood we take a high level of pride in our work. We would like to insure you that we use, what we see as, only the best products available for each of the pieces we produce. We hand pick all our woods, checking and searching for grain patterns, color, and quality that is best for each use. We hand finish all our pieces, including painting and final detail carving work.
In the case of hardware, we obviously don't make all of that, but take pride in choosing something that will compliment the quality of our work. In the case of the clock hardware we use a company the holds a warranty of their product and it is included in every order... a copy is shown below.
In addition we include a copy of any other warranty materials made available to us by the manufactures of internal elements used in our products.
